Delight in the discovery of Ginja9, Ginja ( Portuguese for sour cherry ) is a popular liqueur in Portugal that embraces history and divine taste. This tradition dates back to the Portuguese monks of the XVII century in which sour cherries, also known as 'morello cherries’ were infused in alcohol and lightly sweetened.  Portuguese word for sour cherry.
